Why “Dumpster Dogs”?

The name is the whole idea. A dumpster is where things end up when they’re written off — and rescue dogs are too often treated the same way: unwanted, overlooked, discarded. We started Dumpster Dogs because we believe both deserve better. What looks like junk to one person is a clean slate to the next, and a dog nobody wanted is just a best friend waiting for the right home. Redemption and renewal — that’s what we’re about, in the driveway and at the shelter.

Built on 30+ Years in the Field

Dumpster Dogs was founded in 2021, but the experience behind it goes back much further — more than three decades in the construction industry. That means we’ve been on your side of the job: waiting on a late delivery, getting nickel-and-dimed on fees, chasing down a company that wouldn’t pick up the phone. We built Dumpster Dogs to be the company we always wished we could call — one that shows up when it says it will, charges a flat rate with nothing hidden, and treats your driveway like our own.

Being locally owned isn’t a slogan for us. Our trucks are based right here in Odessa, we know the roads across Tampa Bay because we drive them every day, and when you call, you’re talking to the people who actually run the company — not a call center three states away.
